  • I am here as a T-Level student so I am just learning the basics and getting used to working in an office and what my team does.

  • I have developed my communication skills, along with time management and team building skills. I have also become more confident when speaking to a larger group of people.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy the program as I can improve my skills and communicate with people who are more advanced in the sector.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very structured, we are always told in advance where we need to be for the day. The tasks are revolved around building knowledge and skills.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employers, they are always there for me when I have any questions or concerns. They always go out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable and all my questions are answered.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support. Everyone here is always looking out for me and making sure I’m not struggling with my tasks, and if I am they help me out.

  • I gain a lot of important skills that help me, not only in the workplace. They also provide training if I am not 100% ready to make sure I feel comfortable.

  • So far no.

  • Be prepared to step outside your comfort zone, it really helps to impress everyone and make yourself look better.
