  • Yes I am currently developing my technical knowledge, I have also improved soft skills such as presenting too.

    8/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy it but I wish it was more structured sometimes, because we have rotations around the business so our role changes every 6 months, sometimes the next team doesn’t know what to do with you.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Kind of organised but there isn’t a job guaranteed at the end and as above sometimes there’s a struggle to find work for you. They say it’s our prerogative to create work which does happen sometimes but other times the account team don’t want to release work to an apprentice.

  • Lots of support and they provide a skills coach to help with that side of things too.

    9/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Sometimes it isn’t that relevant, to what I am doing on a day to day basis at work

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I run the careers team for the north, so attend schools with colleagues to talk about the apprenticeship
