  • People Advisor - Delivering a HR generalist, operational service to a site Partner/coach the site management teams to ensure that the colleagues are considered in all decision making, best practice people processes are adhered to and that managers have the confidence, knowledge and tools to be great leaders. Design/implement effective cost effective recruitment solutions which deliver exceptions colleagues in role within good time scales. Lead engaging, proactive communications on site drive colleague engagement Provide advice/guidance to colleagues in a timely manner Support, coach and challenge line management with absence , disciplinary and grievance issues in accordance with the company procedures, relevant legislation and precedents to drive solutions that ensure the business needs are met Support, coach and challenge managers to manage performance effectively ensure job chats and my performance plans are carried out Identify development opportunities for colleagues and self to improve skills and build future talent Manage employee relations to ensure safe, appropriate and legal outcomes

  • I have enjoyed the opportunity of the programme and the exposure this has provided. time management has been difficult at times.

  • I believe there was a great structure for the programme but due to unforeseen circumstances we were required to transfer provider which delayed the programme and needed to change ways of working
