    • We have only had 1 session so far, I have not yet learned anything new

    • I enjoyed the first session, hearing from other peoples experiences and challenges in their industry's

    • Very - dates for sessions given well in advance to allow me to plan my job around my study.

    • Alot of support from my line manager with studying, assignments and sessions with Paragon

    • So far support has been good, I feel confident in asking questions with the group

    • Long term i think this will support my role, currently it is too early to day

    • We have saturday working days where we get together as a large team to learn about different work streams and it allows wide networking
