  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • The day to day is very good. I have a great work life balance and I am always developing new skills to either stay at the job or transfer into different departments. The job is very autonomous and I enjoy it very much. I do networking solutions for customers and provide plans for them

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Learning CCNA means mastering networking basics, while Excel automation involves automating tasks in Excel for efficiency. You likely learned about them through online courses, self-study, or on-the-job training. Both skills are valuable in IT, enhancing job prospects and productivity. I also have learned about newer software developing skills for automations
