  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program now that i have become involved in bigger projects and working with people in varied specialties. Becoming more confident allowed me to enjoy my program more as i didn't need continuous support and felt like i could do my job independently while also knowing my limitations and being able to ask for support or guidance.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There is not much structure to my program, apart from the process of the end point assessment. I am not taught specific topics or given them to learn. I have to learn everything from the job and tasks i become involved in. I would find it more helpful to have classes with a teacher
