  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Cummins to a friend as there are plenty of opportunities to grow and progress in your role and eventually gain the knowledge to move further in the business. Cummins offers a lot of support for you in your role, particularly apprentices from my own experience and this allows it to be enjoyable and rewarding.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
  • I would suggest that people research into what the organization does and the impact it has on its sector. I would also suggest that look closely at the roles they are applying for and what they entail as there are a lot of different roles and some may be more suited to you than others.
