    • i am a yard sales assistant however i am currently operating in our office whilst recovering from surgery i am responsible for the serving of customers following health and safety guidelines as well as been a qualified flt operator

    • i have developed various skills such as increased product knowledge also varouis selling and upselling techniques

    • i enjoyed the programme i found it interesting whilst been structured and easy to follow

    • the programme was structured well and i had easy access to my coach

    • my employer were very supportive in difficult circumstances

    • due to the financial situation within the firm and the industry we don't really partake in any social activity
