  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am finding my programme really enjoyable! I find juggling my workload alongside apprenticeship work alot but there is so much support that it definitely takes a bit of weight off my shoulders

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is really well structured. From TUI's perspective I am rotating into different sectors of HR (Reward, HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Apprenticeships and Learning & development). This ensures that I have a wide range of experience. From my training providers perspective our workshops are split into 3 categories: Knowledge, skills and behaviour
