i have learnt to communicate in a more efficient way and to work better in a team environment.

I enjoy the program every day. there is always help there if needed and always someone to help answer any questions that I may have

the program itself is very well-organized. there is a clear plan of what is next for my apprenticeship and my goals are set well

i recieve as much help as i need from my employer. they are always there to help me if i need it.

again my training provider is always there to give help when needed.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

as there is a clear structure it is easy to maintain good standard of learning towards my qualifications.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

at the moment i do not but i have had the option to partake in these sorts of things before

Yes

the quality at which you are treated with is amazing. there is always help available no matter what the problem is and you will not become bored whilst working here.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Anglian Water?

make sure to start with an open mind and be ready to learn as much as you can
