  • My main role is to identify Trade customers and sign them up with trade loyalty cards and assist them when in store, I also have weekly and quarterly member contact reports to work through by calling the customers who haven't shopped with us for a while.

  • I can drive a Forklift truck and use a PPT, I have learnt how to gap manage my bays and complete bay resets and many other during my time here at B&Q

  • I do very much enjoy the programme, however it has not always been easy to get the time to complete my work and so this has led to me at times struggling with the programme

  • The programme is very well structured

  • It depends sometimes, I have certain managers who have been very supportive and others who have not been so supportive.

  • I have had lots of support from my training provider, my coach who is very good and puts up with me and helps me when I am struggling

  • To an extent yes it does I know things that I did not before and so helps me understand my role a bit better.
