  • I am in an Acting up role as a trading manager, I manage the Décor department with 6 people on the team working for me. I prioritize handing out jobs to the team on department and making sure the department is running.

  • Yes, the apprenticeship helped me to understand behaviours of people in store and helped me to build my confidence in certain areas.

  • It was something I was excited about and looked forward.

  • I enjoyed the tasks on the dashboard and projects I had to do.

  • My manager arranged time for me to come off the shop floor to do my learning.

  • I asked him to come and give me face to face sessions which I found more helpful.
