  • Managing the till staff, managing the incoming and outgoing money, being a duty manager, fire champion and first aider, generally just making the day go smoothly for staff and customers

  • It has been a bit stressful in my opinion but I will feel achievement once its completed.

  • If I had my coach from the start of my course then it would have been more organised.

  • I have to remind them a lot that I'm allowed time off the floor to do my course work but they're okay once reminded.

  • The money and benefits are good. There are pros and cons of working anywhere but generally I've enjoyed my time at B&Q
