    • Running my department, also running the store, ensuring safe and legal at all times. Recruitment, coaching and development of team. Responsible for growing business and attaining KPI's. Maintaining relationships with customers, growing and maintaining relationships with internal and external departments and colleagues. Undertaking any special in store projects. Working at other store where necessary.

    • Learnt many new skills. Attended First and and Fire Marshall training. Developed existing health and safety awareness and related skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Enjoy my apprenticeship very much. Learn something every time I log on and enter a module, which makes the whole process worthwhile.

    • I was impressed from the start with the structure. It is clear, with a very user friendly interface.

    • Enough support received, also very keen to be aware of my progress.

    • More than enough, always available for communications, no matter how small/large the issue.

    • Definitely gives me extra skills to perform my day to day leadership role. Can always mentally refer back to content learnt in recent modules. All very relevant.

    • Yes, we regularly have team social activities.
