  • My role is to support independence and fulfilling the individual care needs, such as supporting to go to the GP, supporting in their community and to safeguard them. I also encourage them to achieve their goal

  • I enjoyed the professional relationship with my trainer, she encouraged and supported with my work.

  • It’s very very well structured, only thing I really struggle with was balancing my work with my mental health. This programme helped me to really I was struggling with my anxiety and depression. I kept carrying on life as normal. By this programme I really that you can ask for help.

  • I received a long of support from my trainer, she always supports me with my work because am dyslexic.

  • The programme has helped me to understand my role more. We do complete an e-learning program at work but it doesn’t explain different legislation in detail.

  • It’s ok to ask for help and support from your trainer. My trainer isbvery supportive. It’s helps when your trainer checks up to see if you are struggling with the work. she has always given me different solutions. Thank you very much
