  • due to the nature of my job role i am unable to set out what i done on a daily basis. other than this i was customer based.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have worked for the past 12 years so I found I didn't develop new skills. This was cause the topics I was learning I personal experiences from. I would say I developed my knowledge in those areas.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I personally didn't enjoy my programme, my job was a busy role so I found myself getting set more work to do on top of the work load that had already been set - I felt pressure as I struggled to keep on top of it.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the start of the apprenticeship it wasn't organised well, we were due to start the apprenticeship when we started work and we started 4 months later, had no communication throughout this time period as to why.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager was very supportive when it came to the apprenticeship whether it was organising days for me to shadow to count towards my off the job hours or when I needed advice.

  • I found my coach was very supportive

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • As I have gained more knowledge in some areas I have personal experience in I feel that this would help me perform better.
