  • I gained confidence and gained skills like talking to people, also I learned how to perform admin duties such as inputting data on a cirm system

  • I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this apprenticeship and in my role

  • The programme is very well organised, set out into to easy to understand and informative modules.

  • I received a lot of support from my line manager and apprentice coach

  • I get a lot of support from my training provide . My coach is always available to talk and we have constant reviews and practice sessions for the EPA

  • A lot. Customer service is a very sought after and valuable skill for any position

  • Yes

  • Excellent leave entitlement and pension. Staff are very friendly and willing to help, all round its been a very positive experience


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council?
  • Recognise that interviews are performed different in the council then in most other private sector jobs
