  • Preparation of customer quotes and tenders and management of price files.

  • Yes, I learnt and improved my skills and understanding around the data life cycle, The proper preparation and control of data. I also improved my understanding of software solutions such as SQL, Python, R and in particular PowerBI.

  • I enjoyed the process of learning new skills.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme covered what I believe to be all the relevant and important topics but the order in which the training was delivered was not always the best. With some early modules really needing an understanding of knowledge and skills that were not taught until later modules.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer gave me the time I need to complete the apprenticeship, despite difficulties with staff shortages during the period I was completing the course.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The learning modules themselves were excellent both the pre-written learning and online classroom learning. However the interaction with the learning coordinator and in particular assistance with and feedback on coursework completion could of been better.

  • I have learnt new skills that should improve and speed up much of my day to day activities. Which should mean time to explore some of the new skills to enhance what I offer to my employer.

  • I have been with Wolseley for over 15 years. I find them to be an excellent and fair employer.
