  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme as a whole and enjoyed learning about my role in more detail, The only part of the programme I found hard was the professional discussion at the end as I was not sure what the expectation was or how much detail to go into without giving too much detail on company processes.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Initially I struggled with the structure of the programme as this was not something that I had experienced before and the initial person I dealt with at Kaplan did not explain this very well in my opinion. My second Kaplan coach was much more informative and by the end I felt that I knew what they were looking for and fully understood the structure.
