  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • it's a lot of work to fit in with a full time job and the fast pace of the business often makes it difficult to get the study time, however I am enjoying learning and pushing myself to achieve more. I enjoy the challenge, assigments and working to deadlines

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well structured, meetings and workshops planned well in advance to enable me to manage my work load and diary, trainer always on hand if needed. Sometimes I have a lot of work/assigments in a month which can be daunting but I can move these with my trainer if needed

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I could probably do with a bit more support around check in's and understanding my work load. My rota changes at short notice which impacts my study and assignment time, which is frustrating and It's sometimes hard to get witness testimonies back in time for the assignment deadline,

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, I manage a team of 30 colleagues and we have regular social events which is great for team building and morale. I have introduced these activities since starting the programme.
