  • Dealing with installations, customer queries, stock management, customer issues, cash office duties, managing a team, liaising with the wider regional team, delegating tasks, health and safety walks.

  • I love my programme and my trainer is so so lovely

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I was quite surprised when recently I got an email for additional workkshop as they felt they hadnt covered some subjects in as much depth as they would have liked. This shows they must listen to feedback and actually want to rectify the issues.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Apprenticeship work and time allowed to do this is not important to my employer and then I am made to feel bad that I have not completed to work

  • !00% Heidi Barbrook is supportive! I have done apprenticeships previously through other trainers and I refused to do another with them as the tutor was not supportive, organised and didnt stick to appointments

  • I feel much more confident dealing with different aspects of my role with the training provided
