  • As a flying start I am essentially an associate at PwC, my day to day role consists of discussing with seniors what work I can do for that day (assuming I haven't already got any) and being coached on how to do that work before completing it

  • Definitely, I've become better at excel, improved my social and networking skills and become proficient in technology exclusive to PwC

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it, it's good to get experience working whilst at uni. There are some drawbacks (e.g. missing out on uni) but it's okay overall - I'd recommend it

  • Pretty well structured, there's communication between all the parties involved and we are told well in advance for any important events that may occur

  • A lot, we have buddies, career coaches, our other fellow flying starts and people on our team who we can always turn to for help

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We receive a lot of resources, teaching and mock exams from the provider. It's enough to give us a good chance of passing the exam

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The knowledge I learn from studying for the exams can definitely be translated into my work - especially the audit/assurance exams

  • Lots, there's a lot of societies at PwC and also a lot of socials to get involved in

  • Yes

  • It's a good, reputable company with really nice people

  • Prepare for your interviews, research the company and be yourself
