  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My position would be classified as an administrative assistant; it involves taking and returning calls, collaborating with coworkers and managers, and interacting with insurance companies, branches, and clients. My regular duties include responding to inquiries and grievances as well as handling reservations to get clients into hire after an accident. Queue management is a monthly duty that each team member has the opportunity to perform. This comprises assigning people to each queue, ensuring that everyone feels supported during each day, and ensuring that the faxes are finished within the specified time frames.

  • I have received training in a variety of departments, which has increased my understanding of both the value of each job within the organisation and the technology we utilise. My ability to communicate with people over the phone and in person has improved my people skills, which helps me provide better customer service and boost my personal productivity. I now understand the importance of ERAC as a whole and how each team works together to help one another in achieving the organization s objectives.
