  • Yes, course gave me everything I needed to become an assistant store manager.

  • It was hard work but worth it in the end.

  • Very good, allows enough time for each module to be completed. Only suggestion would be to start the EPA earlier to allow more time for project.

  • A lot, was able to complete work within my day to day role.

  • A lot, I knew I was able to contact my coach with any questions and I would receive an answer.

  • Without the training I have receive, I would not have been promoted to assistant store manager. The training provided me with the insight for my role.

  • We have small training module which we can attend online.

  • Be prepared to put the hours in, it will seem hard work but all worth it. Take the advice from your coach leader.
