  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a web designer, I am in charge of website's and web page's appearances. Before creating solutions that are technically beautiful and user-friendly, I work with customers to thoroughly understand their needs and goals. I use a variety of software tools to create my designs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have greatly expanded my knowledge and learned many new things. I can now create designs that are more effective and efficient because I know how to use current programmes like Sketch. I have been able to work with clients and other designers more successfully because of my ability to work in a team and also communicate effectively.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am truly appreciative of my course of study. I am building up a lot of knowledge from coursework, which I enjoy and rarely  find it difficult. I am exceedingly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with competent experts and other students. I have no doubt that the skills and knowledge I am learning will be valuable in my future career.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme, in my opinion, is well-structured and organised. The purpose of the course materials  provided to  us is a comprehensive understanding of web design. The classes cover a wide range of topics, including  JavaScript, UX design, and responsive design. Students are given additional opportunities to gain real-world experience through projects and internships.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of assistance from the employer as they provide me with the equipment I need to carry out my tasks. Additionally, I receive a lot of support from my employer for my professional development since they support me in developing my career objectives and offer me constant evaluation of my work. They also provide me with opportunities to connect with other professionals in the field as well.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a great deal of help from my trainer. They provide me with the resources I require for success as I have access to experienced trainers and instructors who are all skilled web programmers and designers who are always available to answer my questions and provide feedback on my assignments.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I strongly believe that my training provider's accreditation makes it possible for me to perform more productively. It gave me a solid foundation in HTML  and JavaScript which are the key elements of web design. This knowledge has been essential to my job because I need to be able to comprehend and apply these technologies in order to design websites.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Employees are welcome to take part in a range of social activities, including happy hours, potluck meals, and company outings activities that  makes it simple to establish connections and get to know and relate with other coworkers. They  also provide a range of networking opportunities, such as conferences, meetups, and workshops.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Given that they have a good track record and are a reputable web design company, I would recommend the business to a friend. They are able to create websites of the greatest grade because to their team of talented designers and engineers. They are also very sensitive to their clients' needs and always eager to go above and above for them.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Google?
  • Do your own research and find out as much as you can about the company. This includes visiting their website, reading customer reviews, and keeping up with them on social media. When applying, be mindful of how to conduct yourself and speak professionally as well as dressing professionally, being on time for your interview, and treating everyone with respect and civility.
