  • I diagnose, fix, and maintain various computer systems and hardware components in my capacity as a technician. I troubleshoot problems, upgrade systems, install hardware and software, and make sure computer systems and peripherals are operating correctly on a daily basis. Additionally, I strive to be successful at my career majorly.

  • My position as a technician has given me the opportunity to learn new things and expand my already existing talents. I have become knowledgeable in network setup, system diagnostics, programme installations, and troubleshooting of computer hardware. I have also improved my problem-solving, technical, and customer service abilities, which enable me to successfully address technical issues and offer top-notch help to clients.

  • Working for a well-known technology company that puts quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction first is exciting and fulfilling. Being able to work with cutting-edge technology, assist clients with their technical problems, and contribute to the company product success. It gives me a great deal of happiness and opportunities for professional growth.

  • At the company business procedures are organised and structured. The firm uses industry best practises and provides extensive instructions and tools so that technicians may finish their work efficiently. There are standardised techniques for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in order to ensure consistency and the calibre of the services provided.
