  • My primary responsibilities include managing a company's marketing and business development initiatives. My daily responsibilities frequently include conducting market and client research, managing client relationships, and creating and implementing marketing plans.   • Yes, through the course of my work, I have developed and refined a range of skills. This includes managing stakeholders, projects and budgets, developing people's interpersonal and leadership abilities, segmenting consumers, managing campaigns, and using digital marketing. It also entails making decisions based on facts. I've also had the chance to deepen my grasp of consumer discovery and market research.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • In this job, I have a great deal of responsibility, variety, and opportunities for both long-term and short-term responsibilities and goals. I continually push myself to be a better manager and marketer because I think I'm making a difference in the overall marketing goal. My ability to apply my talents to both ongoing and new tasks is facilitated by my consistent effort to broaden and improve my knowledge.

  • My course is well-structured. Every goal has been thoroughly planned, and the methods required to accomplish each goal are laid out and regularly evaluated. I know exactly what I want to do every day, every week, and every three months. I also meet with my superiors periodically to talk over goals and objectives.

  • I have access to valuable resources including market research materials, training sessions for ongoing skill growth, and instruments for tracking performance. I have also received employment leads, regular performance reviews, networking opportunities, and coaching. Whenever I have questions or need clarification on something, my managers have always been available to me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of help from my training provider while I work towards my certifications. Trainers that are eager to answer my questions and provide resources, both locally and remotely, are people I frequently connect with. My training provider provides me with relevant reading material to review, online simulations to put what I have  learned into exercise, and other beneficial materials.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • For my position as a market manager, receiving my certification from my training provider has been quite helpful. Thanks to my education and experience, I am equipped for a variety of managerial positions inside the company, allowing me to collaborate directly with the senior team and exercise more influence. All of the consumers, contractors, and clients I have  worked with have taken notice of my credentials.

  • Yes, my profession has given me the opportunity to take part in a number of extracurricular activities. Through my position as a market manager, I have been able to network with other professionals in my area by going to a number of professional networking events. I have also had the chance to participate in team-building activities and social gatherings with my coworkers.
