  • I do duties like workforce planning and hiring procedures. I also see to it that personnel transition smoothly. I plan orientations where I outline the policies and practices of the business. Every day, I supervise the performance review process, measure output, provide feedback, and pinpoint problems and chances for staff improvement.

  • Ive been able to effectively manage my crew and collaborate with each area to keep the hotel running well. Ive also improved my communication and task-delegation skills. Ive had to put my multitasking abilities to the test, but Ive improved and learned how to work well under time constraints and changing circumstances.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My program provides me the chance to think creatively and generate concepts that will advance our hotel and enable us to compete with other hotels. This is a fun hobby that allows me to develop and learn at the same time. This has been an exciting experience made possible by this program and my interest.

  • The programs structure is organized into modules that are sequentially placed in order to deliver the training and the intended purpose without interruption. The curriculum is a crucial component of learning the critical skills associated with human resource management since it includes courses on interpersonal relationships, team management, and customer service communication.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The employer has made the necessary resources available, including stationery, sufficient qualified workers, and cutting-edge machinery that has decreased waste and slowed down production. Additionally, the hotel sponsors training programs for us to improve our management and other areas of competence. The hotel also rewards staff members for their achievements.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider offers the tools required to earn credentials. These resources include training sessions and seminars where one can hone their talents. Additionally, I have maintained constant communication with the training provider so that we can discuss additional abilities that are required to be the greatest in our field. The training provider has also been accepting of my views and open-minded.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • With practical management, problem-solving, and work-dividend abilities, Ive been able to find solutions to actual issues with performance evaluation and workload measurement. Ive also had success managing teams and setting up gatherings where staff members could share their thoughts and we could collaborate to find common ground on a variety of crucial issues.

  • We host qualified individuals who deliver presentations about management and other disciplines within the hotel as part of exchange programmes and seminars. This is a step in the direction of assisting the staff in expanding their knowledge and growing personally. We also participate as volunteers in community initiatives like school food programmes and tree planting.

  • Yes

  • Just as the name implies, an excellent place to work is a choice hotel. Other programmes that provide every employee the chance to learn and innovate themselves are offered by Choice Hotels. Choice Hotels gets my highest recommendation since I have complete faith in the management. The atmosphere at Choice Hotels is conducive to work.

  • My advise to someone who is applying and excited to work for Choice Hotels is to get ready to work and to keep an open mind and be responsive to new ideas. Its critical to specify your area of expertise and emphasise your strongest points. You must be able to pick things up quickly and apply what you have learned appropriately.
