  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I examine client HR concerns, offer legal assistance, either verbally or in writing, take part in conflict resolution, give management strategic guidance, and advise employers on their legal compliance. In order to preserve compliance, I keep up with legal developments and confer with colleagues on the HR team. I have to have resilience when it comes to making difficult judgements because I supervise several cases, frequently involving employee litigation. To guarantee a productive workplace, I provide HR practise development advice and keep an eye on employee interactions. I also create employment agreements and contract paperwork, making sure they abide by all applicable laws and rules.
