Civil worker Review

My role involved catering to animals and writing down reports on events that went on so that we may have future reference to using in case of emergency or when needed for more planning and allocation to ensure operations rum smoothly without alot of problems and to ensure more productivity

I learnt many skills in which some were leadership as i was some time made in charge of group projects and was supposed to lead my team to get good results and i also developed teamwork so that the projects given would be finished quickly and social skills to communicate with others

The program was very enjoyable as there not many issues that hindered the operation that i undertook and where mistakes were made i was given time to correct them and those who had higher authority were kind to the employee making us not feel pressured and able to do the tasks

The organization of the programme was good and in good order there were not many misunderstandings and everyone knew their role and the tasks to be done to ensure smooth operation and to avoid any arguments between workers so as to improve productivity everyone knew their role in the programme

The employer supports the employees very well both financially and by also approving certain projects ,i was supported financially by being given certain incentives to do research so as to further increase my knowledge so as to increase productivity and also know factors hindering us and how we can solve them

The amount of support i recieved from the training provider was immence as i was provided with the necessary training so as to help me improve my work input and also improve my work qualifications and also got alot of mentoring in that field of work from my training provider

My qualification from my training provider helps me alot to perform better in my work by giving me good skills to use such as quick and good decision making when abruptly needed and also how to deal with certain cases with fellow workers and as well as with my superiors

There were some extra curricular activities that were done by the program such as field trips to help with research on how to improve productivity and interact with our competitors and partners to acquire more skill there was also sports involvement to improve interaction between the workers for good atmosphere

Yes

I would recommend it because their is a good organization the workers are friendly their is a good atmosphere there isnt any harassment and when someone needs helps it is easyto find people to help and the work environment is also friendly and you get to interact with good people

Some of my tips would be to kind to the other workers be confident in your work when stuck in something ask for help from others and to associate with other to be time keeping,be observant when working ensure that work is done at the appropriate time and finished
