Liaising with customers making sure orders are delivered on time to site and collected on time.

I have learned about the companies corner stones and how the company wants us to make sure we are maximising profits through sales.

The programme was very informative and very interesting which made sure I was not losing focus throughout the year.

The programme had good structure and was made to fit the audience that it was sent out to which made it less wordy and allowed everyone to be involved.

I received all the support that I needed to complete the course to the highest standard.

The qualification allows me to understand the job role and the industry that we are in to gain a better understanding of the customers that we come in to contact with

In our work we tend to go on team meals and for a few drinks every so often to keep the moral up.

Confidence is key to success in Travis Perkins and once you have picked up on the products you really start to enjoy your job and selling building materials becomes easy.
