  • My main responsibility is to assist with the program's successful day-to-day operation. To organize all aspects of the programme, including the operational and administrative activities, as well as communication with external partners, this requires collaboration with the programme manager, executive, and programme staff.

  • Yes, I have acquired a variety of new abilities since taking on the role of programme coordinator. I've improved my organizing abilities to make sure that everything is done effectively. In order to facilitate a smooth exchange of information amongst programme members and outside partners in the office, I have also improved my communication abilities. I have also been able to improve my ability to solve problems so that I can finish things quickly.

  • I have a great time taking part in this Programme. Working in a setting where my work is respected and I can put my acquired abilities to use is rewarding to me. In addition, I value the program's culture of collaboration, which has helped me forge strong bonds with both internal and external partners. The programme also provides chances for growth, development, and advancement, which adds to a satisfying and inspiring experience.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program's organisation is excellent. The duties and activities are clearly defined, and each team member is responsible for playing a specific part in achieving the program's goals. Additionally, the programme manager establishes clear expectations for the team and makes ensuring that deadlines are met. We have access to the resources and tools we need from the team to be successful in our roles. The team can easily focus on the program's objectives thanks to this structure and organisation, which also guarantees success.

  • I receive lots of assistance from my employer. They support me in learning new skills and provide the instruction and advice I need to do so. They also offer a collaborative and encouraging environment to make sure I can perform my job well. They also give me access to a variety of resources for professional growth and the chance to network with peers and industry experts.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Throughout my course, my training provider has been tremendously helpful. For my benefit, they offer a multitude of tools, including study guides, instructional films, and online tutorials. Additionally, they provide comments on written assignments to make sure I am on the proper track and give me a forum to ask any particular questions I need assistance with. Most importantly, they are constantly on hand to provide support and advice whenever I need it.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I can without a doubt say that my education has improved how I operate in my current position. I've been able to expand on my current talents and learn new ones thanks to the qualification. Additionally, I was able to deepen my understanding of the subject and grasp the complexity of the programme I am working on. With the use of this expertise, I now have the abilities to work on the Programme more quickly and effectively. The certification has also given me the chance to network with outside organisations and forge business connections.

  • Yes, there are many extracurricular activities at work that you can participate in. A excellent method to strengthen relationships with coworkers outside of the workplace is through the program's regular social events, such as team lunches and movie evenings. We also have a sports team that competes in regional competitions and has been successful in taking home a few awards. Additionally, the Programme regularly hosts conferences or professional networking events that provide excellent opportunity to deepen our expertise of a variety of subjects.
