  • I have developed more personal skills such as punctuality and commitment to the job at hand. The exposure I get with other sales people is really vital for my development and in team work . I have also been able to be more confident and be able to talk to people.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I fully enjoy my programme as it prepares me to be one of the stand outs in the field of sales. This combined with my eagerness to learn from other people that I meet makes this programme an exhilarating experience that surely is what I needed at this time of the year.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme touches on major areas of sales and human relations. The programme is systematic and is easy to follow through and grasp the basic and even the most complex aspects of sales. The programme itself strikes me as a pure artistic creation that prepares efficient and disciplined salesmen.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer gives me opportunities to grow myself. I get to put in my ideas and implement them with the support of my employer. The employer has also provided a good working condition that enables me and my colleagues to perform with greater efficiency. Lunch meals are provided by the employer.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The trainer has time for me. He corrects me and guides me well enough to learn. A good training facility and access to the best trainer has surely impacted positively to my development in sales. I am able to learn more from my trainer because he is readily available to be of assistance.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have been able to learn and incorporate the theoretical knowledge to real life situations. I am confident that with the training I receive positively weigh in on my advantage. The versatility of the programme and the simplicity altogether makes me an ideal candidate for any sales job available.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • The employees have provided an opportunity for us to showcase other abilities aside from our professional work. I play football and there are just but many other games such as badminton and chess. Every year we raise funds to help the homeless in the streets and give back to the community.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Salesforce is an entity that gives you the opportunity to invent yourself and be who you really is supposed to do. They value every employee and give you The opportunity to grow yourself in ways you could not think of. Through training you are able to learn and fall in love with sales.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Salesforce?
  • Staying committed to your work and believing that indeed you have that platform all for you to shine. My advice is this is the place you want to be and practice sales. This is the place where you are taken care of and valued. Salesforce is a place for us all.
