Lead course design and development service with University partners for their online distance learning postgraduate programmes.

I've developed my strategic understanding and leadership skills which I am able to put into my day to day work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my programme of study.

It was very well organised, a clear timetable was provided at the outset and guidance provided throughout.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was incredibly supportive, both in terms of allowing me to take on the apprenticeship and make time for my study, as well as ongoing support when completing assessments.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from my mentor at Kent was excellent, good communication and guidance throughout.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It's helped me developed an understanding of the theory and application of the subject area, as well as use it in my day to day work.
