  • My Role Is To Oversee A Team Of 12. I am In Charge Of Our Repair Function Which Means All Products That We Offer A Value Added Service Of Repair On The Item As Part Of The Purchase.

  • I have developed many skills, including time management, and especially different perspectives and understandings in areas that i may not have thought about before. This has been key to learn and understand different views and ways of doing things.

  • Very Much So. The Coach Was Really Good, Really Helpful And Engaging And I Left All Of Our Meetings With A Clear Understanding As To What Is Required On Each Module.

  • I Think The Programme Is Structured, Developed, Presented And Run Really Well. The Only Comment I Would Make Is Sometimes It Was More Store Related Than Contact Centre, And Maybe This Could Be An Area To Adapt A Little, But Overall. Excellent

  • I have received alot of support and also knew where and who i had to go to when needed. I was always engaged and knew the support i had, so excellent again

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • i thought this was excellent. My modules went really smoothly, but i needed help and support for my Maths Functional skills that i needed. It took many attempts, but i got there. I got additional help any support from tutors to achieve my goal.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that it provides a great basis and understanding to learn, understand and move forwards and provide greater skills in my role to improve myself and provide greater help and support to my team,

  • There are options, gym membership, classes etc to encourage exercise. We have team catchups outside of work to encourage bonding etc.
