  • The day usually starts with a run through of any new emails along with a review of tickets. I'll then plan my work for the day moving forward. During the day i am working through tickets which are usually technically based and discussing requirements with end users.

  • Definitely, i have improved my understanding of IT and business procedures along with learning proper methodology for completing tasks. Improving skills in programming, SAP security, and more.

  • I enjoy my programme to a moderate extent, there is always something to learn

  • Quite well structured however the team can be busy at times

  • I receive good support they're usually on hand to help with whatever although it can feel like im annoying them with questions

  • Not very much, i have a call with my virtual mentor every month but this doesnt feel like much

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • the training and role are quite nicely linked, learning about how to best implement a solution also practically transfers to the job where i need to do the same

  • There are a few i am aware of, typically they are not of interest to me though

  • Yes

  • Reputable company to work for and in my experience quite organized and structured nicely
