    • The programme is well structured and in our first week we were shown exactly how it is structured.

    • There is plenty of support provided and we have been given plenty of contact details if we have any queries.

    • The salary and benefits CapGemini offer are excellent and I am yet to see another apprenticeship offering a similar package.

    • Everyone in the company is very friendly and there are plenty of opportunities to socialise outside of work.

    • As mentioned above capgemini look after their employees extremely well. Everyone is very friendly, and the apprenticeship scheme they offer is incredible.
