  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My supervisor offers most of the support she is always there trying to help if she can or plans reviews or 1 - 1s so i can let her know what i need or if there is anything she can help with. As for tarmac on a whole i believe their knowledge and interaction with apprentices is limited as when i started this course no one knew what exactly was going on so it is always a learning journey not only for me but my supervisor as well
