    • So far it's more the management of others and expectations which is really valuable.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Going to be hard work but definitely enjoy it. Have made friends with some more people at my company because of it and gained vital knowledge I need to progress.

    • Pretty well organised. Not perfect but it's difficult to organise everyone when they're in different companies

    • Couldn't ask for more.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • It's not like university so they baby us as much but sometimes the knowledge of how I'm doing isn't there. But they probably have a large number of people to look after.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I think it's the softer skills that are really beneficial. I know SQL, but I don't know how to manage my manager into when to expect an SQL piece of work. Or what stakeholders were until this course

    • We do a meet up every now and again. Go for dinner etc. Need to do more.

    • Best organisation I've ever worked for. They care about the work but they care more about me.
