  • My role is three fold, I service tools, talk to customer and hire out. And go out and do deliveries to cover for holidays and sickness. I maintain all equipment, keep is safe and working, provide demonstrations. talk to customers about there needs and what tools they need and negotiate on prices. I coordinate Tool Hire lorry routing and load security and check invoices from suppliers of hired equipment

  • I've learned to look a the bigger picture and be move proactive in my day to day role.

  • It was really informative to see in more detail how a business is run and can be grown, the more intricate responsibilities that a company has and techniques that can be used to grow sales and customer services.

  • It was well structured, the deadlines were not strict which allowed me to work around my driving responsibilities.

  • my manager changed twice and my store manager three times but each manager has supported me throughout the process

  • Excellant support. The trainer has been very helpful even when it changed hands twice

  • very well. The tools i have learned has helped me grow as a member of the team and to be more aware of how i talk to people and my approach to training and customer needs with the aim of growing the business
