  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • A lot! I found the apprenticeship extremely beneficial to my learning and development, and was lucky enough to have a strong team to support me throughout. The apprenticeship allowed me to gain on site experience whilst developing my existing skills, and discuss with other students on my scheme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme itself had a good clear structure throughout, and knowing what was due in advance of my deadlines allowed me to organise my time effectively. The only issue during my scheme was having various mentors throughout, as this often made it complicated who to come to for assistance.
