  • Quality defects/ issues reported from our customer come into myself. I diagnose the issues and determine route cause to then begin quality investigations to stop the quality defect re-occurring. This includes updating designs and processes or even supplier issues with defected parts.

  • I have learnt and developed many skills from the start of my apprenticeship to now. These include quality skills, general manufacturing skills and more.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprentice program. except some of the difficulties and urgency with the college group WCG. There is a lack of organisation and structure with college group which has led to delays in the development of my NVQ and EPA.

  • My employer gives me good support

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider WCG has been below average and rather poor. There is a lack of consistency and support on various different occasions especially towards the end of the program with the NVQ and EPA

  • I feel like the qualifications i have learnt have been very useful and helps me perform better in my role.

  • Yes there is this opportunity, there is even a team dedicated to helping out the environment and local communities.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Cummins has taught me a lot and really helped me develop myself as a character both in and out of my role at work. I feel it is a very good apprenticeship program and would highly recommend.

  • Be confident, it is a positive program that i would reccomend.
