  • each morning I attend a scrum planning meeting where the team discusses progress on work and work for the day is assigned. Afterwards I go about doing my work and if there is a collaborate session then I attend it.

  • I have developed my programming skills and become more proficient at using Java and I have also learnt how to use tools for collaboration.

  • It has been a very enjoyable program as I have been giving help and guidance wherever I needed some

  • the programme is organised however the constant rotation does make it hard to feel committed to a team as we are rotated out of team too quickly for us to contribute to the long term development of a project

  • my training from university teachings me fundamental principles of development that are used often at my workplace without much explanation so having them explained by my tutors is very helpful

  • do not be afraid to ask questions and ask for support as there is a lot to learn and there are a lot of people in BT willing to lend you a hand
