  • very organised, plenty of support and rotations and education is fully planned out.

  • Had a lot of support at work and college from my dedicated mentor and overall apprenticeship leader

  • Had a dedicate learning manager who oversaw everything done at college to ensure we had what we needed and could progress as best as possible

  • They were key to explain the theory behind the practical tasks completed at work
