  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say the work section of my programme is organised so I always have an idea of what I’m doing at Capgemini. Aston University can lack structure sometimes which can make it difficult to understand the work but there is always support provided from my peers & the staff

  • The work place have provided lot of support for me. They haven’t thrown me straight into the deep end & they have been very considerate of the work they give me as this is my first career in Tech. I am encouraged to ask questions & they are answered without judgement

  • 9a. Would you recommend Capgemini to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because I’ve developed rapidly since I started, I have gained experience from this programme as to me going to university alone without the degree apprenticeship. I am able to get a higher level qualification and gain experience from working too. There’s a great work life balance & work culture

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Learn about the work culture via the Capgemini website or employees. Be yourself because being authentic is the most important thing. Be open to new roles and new people as you will be exposed that in the work environment. When you have your interview relax, stay calm and try your best
