  • Working with clients to deliver Atlassian solutions, maintaining and upgrading AWS infrastructure and configuring the tools to the clients requirements and business needs.

  • I have enjoyed the programme and have been able to progress nicely

  • programme has been reasonable well organised from the employer side, the uni side hasn't been a great experience

  • Plenty of support from my manager and those around me which definitely helps me to succeed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • lots of support when doing additional qualifications. i'm given time to prepare and go on any courses i think will benefit me

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • after over 4 years, there has been very little connection between the degree i've achieved and the work I do on a daily basis. Would've have liked to have seen more relevant content, maybe some AWS or Azure learning and also real-world business modules that have relevance to real work

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • yes plenty of things going on, lots of social events, football kick abouts etc so there's ample opportunities to connect if you want to

  • Yes

  • Capgemini is an enjoyable place to work, all of my colleagues are great people and always make time for a chat and want to help support me through my career. I've been supported and encourage through 4 promotions in my time which just shows that you can truly develop as fast as you want to

  • Just be yourself! Embrace Capgemini's core values and throw yourself at every opportunity that comes your way (I know it's a cliche but it's true)
