  • Day-to-day I have to face customers all day giving them the best experience possible, this involves finding the perfect holiday, getting their travel money ready, and making sure they have the best experience while they are there

  • Certainly, I have been able expand my knowledge on my geography skills, speaking skills, maths, english and overall my confidence levels have improved. I have really enjoyed the support I have gained and the amount of help i have received to help me do this role.

  • I would definitely say I am really enjoying this program as it is something I always dreamed of doing since a little boy.

  • A lot, my manager really helps me too and gets stuck into the work with me.

  • All the support I can possibly get, my training provider is quick at response and always available as any given moment.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I would personally say that it has helped me perform better because I have learned a lot of key skills that I did not know how to do before and this role has pushed me to come out of this shell and up-skill into it.

  • Yes

  • Because this company has really helped my mental health and brought me into a world I never knew existed. It has really driven me to be the best version of my self.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
  • Just do it, life is to short and this job has so much to offer in this industry, no other company will beat this and look after you like TUI will.
