  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • working in customer experience means that i try to improve aspects which affect the customer regarding their TV service. from improving the help they receive from our agents, to diagnosing issues cutomers have been having which are proving troublesome to fix.

  • the job involves using alot of digital tools, which i have learned and am still learning to develop my skill to use.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • the university side of the program was hit and miss. constant miss communication from the uni made it hard to know what was going on, along with confusion with assignments.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • there was many instances of confusion with the uni, and the job involved rotating rols, whoich was dificult to know where to go or what i was doing initially.

  • cant fault my employer. if i needed anything, iwas given it.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • university was okay, but outside of out rarely in-person lectures, responses to questions and assistance was very slow.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • honestly, i felt alot of the content wasn't practically relevant. for the software pat, i feel sticking to one programming language would have been far more beneficial. we looked ta 3 over the course of the program, and not being able to focus on one means i know very little about each.

  • plenty of networking events (though not at the present time) since covid, most sporting events and gathering were gone

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • for an apprentiship, you get great pay and great at work training


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • ask questions. no question is stupid and speak top as many people as you can.
