    • My role has involved placements throughout the business and my recent placement is in CR-T-40 TCT where I have dealt with tooling issues on the assembly line.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • I have learnt how to use new pieces of software including QS Torque and how to use, fix and repair DC Tooling, Bosch and Atlas Copco tooling.

    • I have enjoyed the fact that I have had different places to learn different skills.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • At the workplace, I have managed to be organised with guidance from the workplace.

    • I have support from the employer when asked and guidance in where I should look into other placements.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I do receive support, however there could be a little bit more guidance on the assignments that have to be done.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I feel that there are some subjects that are not applicable to my workplace although the majority have had some relevance.

    • There are, but I personally have not been involved with them.

    • Yes

    • Due to the variety of places in the business you can work at.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?

    • Make sure you have good determination and drive and you will be able to achieve a lot in your time at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
