    • I maintain the factory and keep the line moving by maintaining the equipment that builds he cars

    • i have learned to think on my feet and diagnose

    • i enjoy my day too day job assisting production and the opportunities such as the green goblin challenge

    • i believe there is room for improvement with the structure of the program, and organization as someime you may not know where to be or eho to speak to to find out

    • i believe the support structure is good and i have received a lot of support

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • the training provider structure could be improved as we were not enrolled therefor got behind on work and now having to rush to catch up

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • i believe that my qualification will help but i think we should be getting a higher qualification for the 4 year program

    • yes there are such as planned socials but not events or sports teams
